Any member of the University community, visitor, or guest may allege a policy violation(s) by any student for misconduct under the Code of Student Conduct by contacting University Police at 814-472-3360. Additionally, the Associate Dean of Students (or designee) and/or the Title IX Coordinator may act on notice of a potential violation whether a formal allegation is made or not. Once notice is received from any source (victim, RA, 3rd party, online, etc.), the University may proceed with an investigation. Allegations of misconduct should be submitted as soon as possible after the offending event occurs.
