Requests for Food Service

Details:

Food and beverages are available from Torvian for catering special events. Menus range from refreshments to full-course meals. Faculty should contact the Director of Catering at Torvian Hall at least two weeks in advance to order meals. Requests for light fare should be made at least one week prior to the date of the event. In addition to the menu selection, the Director must know the date, time, place and estimated attendance for the meeting. Electronic or verbal work orders will be accepted. Since departments are billed directly by Torvian Hall for the catering service, department heads should be consulted prior to arranging food service.
