Description/Purpose:

Use and Scheduling of University Facilities

Details:

Activities open to the entire campus community should be scheduled at least 30 days prior to the proposed date; activities open to a particular organizations members should be scheduled 7 days prior to the proposed date; and meetings should be scheduled 48 hours prior to the date of the event. For current practice and information concerning procedures and responsibilities for scheduling an activity or campus facility, contact the appropriate office or department. When scheduling, request information on media equipment available and make arrangements for use.
