In-service programs are arranged every year by the vice president for Academic Affairs following program recommendations by the Faculty Development Committee. The programs are designed for the professional development of the faculty. Each year the University sponsors two community development weeks, i.e., one week prior to the beginning of the fall semester and one week immediately following graduation in the spring semester.
