Details:
- Theft or use of a stolen or found parking permit by any person is prohibited and will result in the revocation of parking privileges of the unauthorized user.
- Trading, borrowing, selling, or altering parking permits is prohibited and will result in revocation of parking privileges for both the authorized user and the person who illegally used the permit.
- Registering a vehicle for another student is prohibited and will result in revocation of parking privileges for both parties.
PENALTIES: VIOLATION(s) OF THIS SECTION WILL RESULT IN THE REVOCATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES:
- 1ST Offense: 3 Month Revocation and Applicable Charges
- 2nd Offense: 6 Month Revocation and Applicable Charges
- 3rd Offense: 1 Year Revocation and Applicable Charges
